His opponent will be his great rival, the Polish David Drobina, who has a bronze medal from the ADCC Trials and a victory in the PRO category at TATAMY 6.

Drobina was supposed to be one of the participants in the GALA tournament, but he withdrew at the last moment. In the end, however, this did not happen and Drobina challenged Karas to a duel immediately after his victory at the TATAMY 6 tournament in the PRO category, and their rivalry deepened even more.
